Our client is based in Erskine, possible relocation to Paisley in next 3 months.
Just Recruit are currently seeking an experienced Dispatcher for a Boiler Installation and Repair company.
* The role will be based in Erskine, however, this fast-growing company are due to move to Paisley in the next 3 months.*
As a Dispatcher / Job Scheduler, you will be responsible for:
- Scheduling jobs for Engineers to attend to Boiler repairs
- Scheduling jobs for Engineers to visit residential properties for maintenance works.
- Liaise with customers daily by telephone and email
- Provide great customer service
- Resolve calls in a calm and professional manner, giving advice where appropriate
- Obtaining pricing of parts from suppliers
- Raising quotations and submitting quotes to clients
- General office and admin duties
Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, dealing with customers and thinking on your feet to resolve issues would be highly advantageous.
